Refund and T& C Policy

Refunds for Mentorship Services 

Cancelation of services is required 30 days prior to next billing to cancel without rendering payment. If cancelation does not occur within 30 days refund request will be reviewed. 

Refund for Growth Planning 

Refunds are eligible for 3 days after payment. 

Refund Policy for Brand Push 

Refunds are eligible up to 3 days after payment. 

Terms and Conditions 

By signing this form you give T M Luckett Enterprises  permission to charge your debit or credit card for the amount and date indicated in the contract for all services. This is permission for all fees stipulated in the agreement, and does not provide authorization for any additional unrelated debits or credits to your account.  I authorize (T M Luckett Enterprises ) to charge the debit or credit card indicated in this authorization form according to the terms outlined above. This payment authorization is for services described in the  agreement, for the amount indicated in the agreement, and it's valid for the duration of the agreement. I certify that I am an authorized user of this credit card and that I will not dispute the payment with my credit card company; so long as the transaction corresponds to the terms indicated in this form.
